Montessori Specialist Needed for Premiere Charter School in Lehi!

Ignite Entrepreneurship Academy is excited to welcome a Montessori Specialist to our team!

IEA opened in 2018 in order to offer children and adolescents a learning environment that was personalized, student centered, and interest driven. Seeking to combine what we saw as the best educational methodologies, we rooted our practices in three pedagogical pillars: Montessori methodology, project-based education, and blended-learning opportunities. Now entering our seventh year, we are seeking to deepen our program’s Montessori culture and instructional practices.

IEA is seeking a Montessori Specialist to support the continued establishment of a prepared whole-school Montessori environment, and implementation of the Montessori curriculum. This individual will have the required training, skills, and aptitudes to cultivate a school culture that fosters the success of all students by facilitating the development, communication, implementation, and evaluation of a shared vision of excellence in teaching and learning which is firmly grounded in Montessori philosophy and practice.
